This is a popular engagement model which clients feel comfortable dealing with as it gives them a budget and timeline that is fixed. AMS Technologies has perfected this model and is adept at delivering high quality software in time and within budget.

The client & AMS Technologies will enter into an agreement that covers visual aspects, documentation, application design, testing, support period, change management, communication protocols, milestones, timelines and commercial details. The project is executed as per the agreement. For any changes there is a standard change request procedure that is followed for which we have structured processes in place.

Limited risk to AMS Technologies and Client as the scope, price and timelines are fixed in this model. Tremendous cost advantage to client. Speedy completion for project as the changes during execution are minimal.

In T & M model, we let you hire, manage and pay for the resources you require for your projects on an hourly basis. The project management control is directly in your hands thus giving you the ultimate control and flexibility over getting things done your way. The biggest advantage of using this model is pay-as-you-go. If you have a small work of 10 hours then just pay for 10 hours and get the work done. This 10 hours can be distributed across many days. So there is no time commitment. As and when you need you can use those hours. This is the most flexible model and ideally suited for small assignments. Our rate starts at as less as $7 per hour.
